How do I reset/change my password?

If you forgot your password, navigate to the ProcureWare website you are associated with and click the "Log In | Register" button in the upper right corner of the screen.

Then, locate the “Reset Password” section on the login screen.

 

Enter the email address you registered with and click the “Submit” button. Next, check your email account for a password-reset message. If you do not receive the message, please refer to this FAQ article. If you still do not receive the password-reset notification, please contact our technical support team at:

  • Email: support@procureware.com
  • Phone: 1 855 535 3233

Once you have received the password-reset email, follow the instructions provided in the message. The system will then allow you to set a new password. Ensure that your new password has

  • at least 8 characters,
  • at least 1 uppercase character,
  • and at least 1 special character (!@#$%^&*).

Note: Password-reset links are only good for 24 hours. Once that time has passed, you need to go in and submit the "Reset Password" again for a new link.

 

Click the “Save” button and then select “Log In.”

 

You will then be brought back to the main login screen, where you can enter your email address and newly created password. For more detailed information on your account, please see our Account Profile Guides.

User Tip:

If you see the message "Invalid User Name or Password" when using your new password, make sure you are not using your browser's auto-fill feature or are cutting and pasting into the fields. Instead, manually type your email address (your user name) and your new password into the fields.
